She brings a strong mix of functional, automation, and integration testing expertise with deep familiarity in FNOL, payments, reserves, and vendor integrations (Mitchell, CCC, Xact, etc.). She’s also led multi-vendor offshore teams and built API + UI test strategies from scratch, while working in Agile environments with strong documentation, estimation, and stakeholder management skills. With certifications in GW InsuranceSuite and experience across accessibility, DB migration, and test automation, she’s a powerhouse ready to step into complex enterprise QA environments on day one.
