QA/BA–Guidewire

A seasoned QA Consultant and Business Analyst with over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise insurance solutions, with 7 years specializing in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations across multiple clients. Experience bridging business and technology through requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition. Has worked on various projects in the BA and QA capacity. As a BA, they have worked with the business and development teams to gather requirements, and as a QA they have expertise in designing and executing integration and regression test strategies, building automation frameworks with Selenium, TestNG, and Jenkins, and conducting SQL-based data validation to ensure data integrity.
